Delta Secondary School Seismic Upgrade Project

Unitech is pleased to announce the award of the Construction Management for the Delta Secondary School Seismic Upgrade 

Project Details are described below

Value:                 $13,328,800

Owner:                School District #37, Delta, BC

Completion:       Mar. 2017

Construction Management for the complete seismic upgrade to three blocks of the Delta Secondary School including the Theatre (Block 2), Automotive and Woodwork Shops (Block 5), and the Learning Assistance and Classrooms (Block 12), as well as foundation upgrades to adjacent blocks to deal with potential risks from soil liquefaction. Project also includes the partial demolition of the Arts and Graphics area (Block 4), and the renovation of existing spaces to accept the demolished Art and Graphics functions.

Matsqui Village Fire Hall #4

 

Value:                 $1,100,000

Owner:               City of Abbotsford, Abbotsford, BC

Completion:     Dec. 2015

Construction Management to replace a 2-bay fire hall including storage areas, meeting rooms, kitchenette area and washrooms at Hall 4 Matsqui Village.

Mt. Lehman Fire Hall #5

Value:                 $1,100,000

Owner:               City of Abbotsford, Abbotsford, BC

Completion:     Dec. 2015

Construction Management to replace a 2-bay fire hall including storage areas, meeting rooms, kitchenette area and washrooms at Hall 5 Mt. Lehman.

Pacific Sky Aviation Flight Simulation Centre

Value:                 $3,100,000

Owner:               Pacific Sky Aviation, Victoria, BC

Completion:     Apr. 2016

Project and Construction Management to design and build a new two-storey 2,600 square foot flight simulator facility with mezzanine access, as well as two stories of associated administration and office space totaling 6,000 square feet.

The Pointe Development

Value:                 $5,200,000

Owner:               0902865 BC Ltd., Delta, BC

Completion:     Dec. 2015

Construction Management for an unique three-storey 30-unit 30,266 square foot apartment building above one level of parking, on the site at the corner of Ladner Trunk Road and 55B Street. Project includes significant site development, landscaping, and a 308 square metre rooftop garden as well as the demolition to the existing buildings on the site.

Yale Secondary Seismic Upgrade / Addition

Value:                 $8,581,000

Owner:               School District #34 – Abbotsford, Abbotsford, BC

Completion:     Aug. 2016

Construction Management services for the seismic upgrade of Yale Secondary School, totaling 2,160 square metres, of a one- and two-storey steel and concrete block school complete with associated renovations.
