The Grand Opening of the Coquitlam City Center Library on November 24th, 2012 was a great success. As soon as the doors opened, the public flooded the library to use its new facilities which range from comfortable couches beside a gas fireplace, providing a family room like feeling, for adult reading to a full on children’s gaming room with massive TV’s and multiple gaming consuls. This library has something for everyone. We are excited that the Coquitlam community will be able to use this state of the art facility for years to come. Congratulations to the City of Coquitlam and the entire project team on a successful project.

Gold Seal 2012 Award For Chris Arthur
Congratulations to Chris Arthur for being selected as one of the two winners of the 2012 Gold Seal Scholarship program from the Independent Contractors and Business Association of British Columbia. Chris is able to start taking course towards his Gold Seal certification starting this September and will be at the ICBA annual meeting in October to accept his award. The Gold Seal Program is a great way for carpenters to hone their construction skills to a higher level and become more familiar with the complete Construction Management process from the initial design stage to warranty completion.
