Project Overview

Construction Management for a two-story addition of 8 learning spaces totaling 5,941 square feet on the north-west side end of the school. The addition will place four new kindergarten classrooms on the lower floor, and 4 new elementary classrooms on the upper floor. The larger footprint defined by the kindergarten classrooms will allow for the inclusion of a new general storage area on the upper floor. The existing storage space will be removed to permit access to the addition on the upper floor. The addition will include a new elevator in addition to new exit stairs. The designated childcare space will be converted back to its original purpose and existing washrooms in the school will be converted to gender neutral washrooms. The project will also include the replacement of existing rooftop units and 12 new parking spaces.
