Project Overview

Construction Management for the complete seismic upgrade to three blocks of the Delta Secondary School including the Theatre (Block 2), Automotive and Woodwork Shops (Block 5) and the Learning Assistance and Classroom’s (Block 12), as well as foundation upgrades to adjacent blocks to deal with potential risks from soil liquefaction. Project also includes the partial demolition of the Arts and Graphics area (Block 4) and the renovation of existing spaces to accept the demolished Art and Graphics functions.
