Unitech Construction Management Ltd. has managed a number of projects for School District No. 63 (Saanich), with the most recent being a seismic upgrade to Lochside Elementary on Royal Oak Drive. From the pre-construction meetings through to regular construction site meetings they have always exhibited a very professional demeanor with school staff, inter-actions with the public and their approach with School District Senior Management.

Sites are kept clean and debris is never left lying about. Site safety is paramount with Unitech and their First Aid attendant is always on site when required to be. Communication with the Project Manager (Marty Landucci) and Site Superintendents has been awesome and a product of Unitechs client focus.

Each time the Project Manager is on site from the Delta Office there are before and after conversations with him and their Site Superintendent, book ending the actual site meeting. Discussions usually center on the process of construction, any issues that may have arisen or what can be done to mitigate ahead of time. They are always conscious of possible cost savings and employ these after consultation with the owner.

Each month Unitech sends digital and hard copy reports of progress, budget and invoicing for each project. These are very legible and easily followed.
