Project Overview

Construction Management for a new 16,000-square-foot, 2-storey steel framed building with steel deck flooring, mass timber roofing and metal cladding, glazed exterior that will serve as WestGen’s headquarters, serving farmers throughout Western Canada. Building use will include offices, leased office spaces, shipping and receiving, laboratory and a small retail component. Project features are to include a 25-foot-long cantilever feature and a reflecting pond feature to double as capacity for firefighting and storm drain requirements.
