Project Overview

Construction Management for the replacement of the existing pier including the demolition of the existing pier structure, and gazebo building, the removal and storage of the standpipe fire suppression system, floatplane gangway and dock, the installation of steel piles, pile caps, beams, joists, decking, railing, lighting, floating docks, gangways, and the new canopy structure followed by the construction of the display building, moving the ladybird to its new location and finally reinstallation of the stored standpipe fire suppression system, floatplane gangway, and dock. The new pier will provide additional space to facilitate seasonal events.  The existing access ramp to the water level will be replaced and twinned, providing access to a new floating surface at water level.
