Project Overview

Construction Management of a 90-seat pub with an in-house micro-brewery, a 90-seat restaurant, banquet facilities and 20 hotel suites with associated facilities. Project included pile foundations and below ground parking and significant Heavy Timber components. Includes Downtown Beautification project upgrading to 1 1/2 blocks of main street in Squamish.
