Project Overview

Project and Construction Management of a new 3,200 M2 building addition that includes office and support space for all headquarters facility staff. Project included a 243 stall parking lot expansion along with renovations to the existing building and associated site development.
The addition of a major parking lot expansion (roughly $1 million addition) and replacement of the emergency generator (roughly $140,000) both achieved within the original construction budget.
