Project Overview

Construction Management for the heritage restoration of a 2 storey 1914 wood frame and concrete foundation school to convert it to the district’s administration building. Work includes the repair and restoration of the original wood windows, front entry façade, porch and gable roof, the restoration and refinishing of the shiplap exterior cladding as well as the installation of a new Cupola (bell tower). The project also includes a new 2,633 m2 2 storey addition with underground parking and associated site development.
