Wellington Secondary Seismic Upgrade / Addition, School District #68, Nanaimo – Ladysmith, BC
Construction Management services for the multi phased addition and seismic upgrade of the 900 student Wellington Secondary School including a 1400 m2 classroom block addition and the complete seismic upgrade of four of the remaining five school blocks including B,D,E & F with the demolition of block A upon completion.
Northgate Development, Century Group, Delta, BC
Construction Management for a quality 6 floor Retail and Commercial building, a 4 storey Seniors Home and 3 storey Town Home complex all above one level of underground parking on the site at the corner of 18th Avenue and 56th Street in Tsawwassen.
Richmond Learning Centre, School District #38, Richmond,BC
Construction Management services to renovate four classrooms making up 300 square meters of the Errington Elementary School to convert it to Richmond Learning Centre including upgrades to the existing heating system, new plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems, as well as high level finishes and custom millwork. Project includes significant structural and exterior envelop work.
