Project Overview

Construction Management services for the complete seismic upgrade of three blocks of the South Delta Secondary School including a two-story concrete tilt up classroom, science and library block, a single-story concrete block classroom, art and administration wing and the wood framed shops wing, all originally built in 1973. The project includes the complete renovation of the science wing and the non-structural seismic upgrade to the entire school, which will remain fully occupied and operational throughout construction.
