Project Overview

Construction Management for the partial replacement and seismic upgrade of Mitchell Elementary School including seismically upgrading block 3 (1975 gymnasium addition) and block 4 (1991 classroom addition), the demolition of block 2 (1960 and 1964 original classroom block) with the replacement of a single storey 969 m2 addition as well as block 5 OFC upgrades, foundation upgrades to deal with potential soil liquefaction and land subdivision and parking reconfiguration.
