Project Overview

Construction Management for the complete envelope and mechanical upgrade to the Irwin Park Elementary School is a 3,865-square-meter, two-storey school constructed primarily of combustible construction, originally constructed in 1955 with additions in 1964, 1966 and 2000.  The scope of renovation work includes mechanical upgrade incorporating new heating, ventilation and digital controls systems and equipment and building envelope upgrade incorporating new windows, doors, insulation, cladding and portions of new roofing.
