Project Overview

Construction Management for the 27,000 sq ft expansion to the North Delta Recreation Centre to add a new full-sized gymnasium / assembly space with a multi-functional stage, new meeting and social gathering spaces, a 3,500 sq ft fitness centre, a new Cafe, area for art sales and a 3,250 sq ft North Delta Municipal Business Centre with a backup data room. The project also includes the relocation of the outdoor pool change rooms, staff facilities and mechanical room to become a part of the main building as well as extensive renovations and site redevelopment to the current facility all built to a LEED Silver standard.
