Construction Management for a complete renovation and mechanical upgrade to the 25- meter, 6-lane pool and recreational facility. Renovations include new deck and gutters, lighting, mechanical systems and heat recovery, electrical panels and equipment, building envelope, change areas, dive platforms and dive tank, water treatment, along with exhaust systems.
