Construction Management for a post-disaster expansion and renovation of Coquitlam Town Centre Fire Hall.
The original scope of this project was to be a 400 M2 addition to an existing fire hall; however it was our client’s goal to get as much facility as possible within the project budget. The Project Team was able to take advantage of falling market prices and alternative pricing to realize significant cost savings. These savings were utilized to expand the facility and we delivered a 1,094 M2 facility complete with an upgrade of the entire mechanical system in the existing facility, all within the original budget.
