Project Overview

Unitech provided Construction Management and Prime Contractor services to assist BC Pavilion corporation with construction of the temporary stadium at Empire Field on the PNE grounds for multiple uses including the BC Lions professional football and Vancouver Whitecaps professional soccer teams 2010 and 2011 seasons. This 27,500 seat facility was fast tracked and completed on a 120 day schedule with the assistance and cooperation of numerous trade contractors, most notably Nussli Special Events Canada.
