Project Overview

Construction Management for the renovation of the existing headquarters building of 3,560 SM as well as an addition comprising of 9,640 SM. Included in the addition is 1,437 SM of shelled space on the 4th floor that will be utilized for the growth of the department in the future. The project includes the creation of 71 additional parking stalls (52 garage stalls and 17 surface stalls) located in or adjacent to the facility to service the APD’s additional fleet requirements.
